Our second and final day at Disneyland…
May 15th was another awesome day of rides and hanging out in the park. The Wells’ and Nicole were more ambitious than the rest of us and hit the park by 8:30 am in hopes of riding the Star Wars rollercoaster again before the hoards arrived (unfortunately, they were not successful). The rest of us slept in a bit more and made it to the park by 10 am. Although, our wake up time may not have been as ambitious, our first ride choice definitely was. Sam, Liam, Keagan, and I started the day with the Guardians of the Galaxy ride which I found absolutely terrifying (as is evident in the photo below). The ride essentially consisted of being lifted up in an elevator which then proceeded to drop a very longways over and over again. Terrifying.
We had a longer mid-afternoon break than the day before which was much needed by all. In the evening, everyone got a chance to do the final few rides they wanted to do. I must say, we definitely got our money’s worth in terms of rides these past couple days. Me, Keagan, and Sam even got to ride the brand new Mickey Mouse ride at the end of the night which was made even more exciting by the fact that there were only a couple people in front of us in the line (a true Disney miracle).
